There WILL be training on Saturday, Christmas Eve, December 24th and Saturday, New Years Eve, December 31st. There will be NO training on Christmas, Sunday, December 25th or New Years Day, Sunday, January 1st. Normal weekend training schedule will resume on Saturday, January 7th. Weekend Workouts are held at Grass Lake School on Saturday and Sundays, 7:30am to 8:30 am.  Sessions are held both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting).
