beth

Beth Koch, ACE

Beth Koch is a certified trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) since 2001. Her other certifications include Indoor Cycling Instructor ( Spin) through Schwinn and instructor in Body Pump. She has taught both Spin and Body Pump in the Health Club setting. Beside her training and instructor certifications, Beth has taught Shotokan Karate and she was 2004 World Champion.

We have been happy to have Beth on board since 2007. She has been instrumental in helping teach our group training sessions on weekends. One of her duties is running a simultaneous workout group with parents and adults while their young athletes are working in our off-season conditioning program. She feels it is important for kids to see their parents putting some effort forth to improve their health. Not only does Beth work with adults, she also assists with our summer SPA camp and our team training sessions.

She is a mother of three very active children, holds a part-time job, beside her position with Kinetic Connections, and finds time to workout on her own. She enjoys lifting weights, biking, running, exploring new ways to workout, and studying the science of training.  She knows what it is like to be a busy mother, but still seems to be able to find time to pursue her personal passions. She is a great asset to our organization and a great reference for parents dealing with the struggles of juggling family responsibilities and pursuing their own fitness goals.
