    Today my wife and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary. Why do I mention it? Just thinking about anniversaries and what they mean I guess. An anniversary marks the date a committment started and the years that followed. There is a lot that happens from anniversary to anniversary. Anniversaries can mark something positve or they can mark something negative. Do something positive! Start now! You can’t have an anniversary unless you make a committment. Commit to something positive today and next year we’ll celebrate your anniversary. Have a good week.

    School starts this week in Illinois. It’s hard to believe summer is passing us by so fast. The NFL started it’s preseason. All this means we will be returning to a more routine lifestyle. We have had many inquiries regarding our weekend open training sessions at Grass Lake School. We will be starting our sessions on the weekend of September 10-11th. Start time is 7:30a.m. and the sessions will run one hour. Once again, we will have a trainer available for adults on Saturdays. This is a good chance for parents to get in shape and show their children they truly believe in what they are doing. Sessions are $10, pay as you go, or you can pay in advance for a month at a time on Paypal. Check our website for the Paypal procedure. We hope to see you all this fall.
