Happy Holidays everybody! Sorry we missed a week. Just like all of you, we at Kinetic Connections have been busy preparing for the holidays. Not only have the trainers been busy, but also our athletes have been busy. Weekend workouts have been full of athletes of all ages. It was nice to see some of our alumni come back to workout over their winter break. Having some of our college athletes attending on the weekend gives our junior high and high school athletes a chance to look into the future and see what they will look like in 4-5 years. It is also nice just to have our college athletes come back and participate again in the weekend workouts. It shows they know what got them to the level they are presently at. Speaking of weekend workouts, it is confirmed, we will be holding sessions on Sunday, December 26th, and Sunday, January 2nd, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at Grass Lake School. Our weekend schedule will return to normal the second weekend in January. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. O’Brien and the staff at Grass lake School for allowing us to use their gym and property for training. Without their support, we would not be able to bring affordable training to the athletes in this area. Thank you Grass Lake School.

We announced in our last newsletter we will be opening up our shop for Kinetic Connections’ wear. The store is now open. It is time to get your workout wardrobe for 2011. Our store will be open until Monday, January 10th. If you would like to order an item for yourself, a family member, or your favorite athlete, go to www.IDENTITYCUSTOM.com and enter the code: KINETIC2. You will find hoodies, sweatpants, technical tees, and long sleeve shirts. There’s no better way to be prepared for the 2011 season than working out with us at Kinetic Connections and wearing the latest in Kinetic Connections wear.

We hope all of you have a great holiday season. Remember to be healthy, use your free time well, and set realistic health goals for 2011. Success begins with a healthy mind and body. We hope to be part of your successful 2011.

Welcome everybody. We hope everybody survived the first significant snow of the year. The bright side is that shoveling is good exercise. We had our year end meeting today. It was good to see all of the training we have done, and some of our achievements we have made to improve our business. One of our achievements was getting our website up and running. The improvements we made have helped us communicate better with all of you. We hope to make more use of our website over the next year. We are happy to have the expertise of Jack Conway to help us improve our website. We hope Jack’s addition to our staff  will help us provide more service and goods to our customers. Welcome aboard Jack.

Over the summer we made sweatshirts and shirts available for purchase. We will be opening up the store again over the next two weeks. Stay tuned to see how you can purchase your Kinetic Connections apparel. We will be posting the details this week. Once again, we are back at BatSpeed Baseball Academy in Gurnee, Il. We will be providing speed and conditioning at their facility.  Contact BatSpeed to sign up.

Our weekend training continues at Grass Lake School. At this time, it looks like the only days we will not be holding sessions are  Saturday, December 25th, 2010, and Saturday, January 1st, 2011. Please check the website periodically to see if there are any changes. We hope you have a good week.
