Let the chaos begin. Thanksgiving is over and the holiday rush is in full effect. We have been a little lax in keeping you up-to-date. We will not be holding a speed and agility session on Sunday, December 5th, at Grass Lake School. The gym is not available that day. We will be holding the Saturday session on December 4th. With Christmas and New Years Day on Saturdays this year, we will be revising our open sessions at Grass Lake School. Please check our website for the most up-to-date schedule. Our staff will be meeting this Saturday to discuss our goals for next year. If you have any suggestions, we would love to hear them. Either e-mail us or call us with your suggestions, questions, or comments. We hope to be part of your fitness and performance goals for 2011. Have a good week.

There is not much in the way of anything new this week at Kinetic Connections. Rob Caliendo is back to help out with the weekend sessions at Grass Lake School. He is coming off coaching CLC’s Women’s Volleyball Team to a successful season. They won their first round of the postseason tournament only to go out in a hard fought battle during the second round. Congratulations to the Lancer Women and Rob. Welcome back to Kinetic Connections Rob. We’re looking forward to a good winter, spring, and summer with you.
There was a mistake in last weeks Newsletter, there will be no speed and agility session on Sunday, December 5th, at Grass Lake School, not Saturday, December 5th, as it appeared last week. There will be a session on Saturday, December 4th. There will be sessions the weekend of Thanksgiving. We are holding the 5:30 a.m. workouts at Colletti Physical Therapy, every other Friday. There will not be a session this Friday, 11/19 and there will not be a session the Friday after Thanksgiving, 11/26. There will be a Wednesday night class the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. If you have questions about the holiday schedule, please contact us.
Have a good week!

As we mentioned last week, we are unofficially in the start of the holiday season. A good holiday season starts with good goals and good planning. Hopefully you took our advice last week and started to work a plan to maintain and or improve your health through the holiday season. We are always available to give advice or assist you with your workout plans. Kinetic Connections also sets goals and makes plans on a routine basis. The weekend of December 5th, we will be getting together to discuss our present programs and our website to see how we can improve in these areas. We will also be discussing the future and any programs we can add to our services. Suggestions from our clients are always helpful. If you have any suggestions or questions, please e-mail us at info@kcconditioning.com.
The New York Marathon was run over the weekend. There was one very inspirational finisher. He was one of the Chilean miners who was trapped. To keep his spirits up he trained in a 1000 foot tunnel in the mine. He successfully completed the marathon in under his goal time of 6 hours. Ordinary people can do extraordinary things. Don’t sit back and envy them. Become one of them. Have a good week. Hope to hear from you.
One other note: There will be no speed and agility session on Saturday December 5th. The gym at Grass Lake School will not be available. There will be a Sunday session. Please check our website on Fridays to see if there will be sessions on the weekend.
