There is good news and bad news. The good news is, we have posted a few photos from our initial assessment and our second assessment at week 6. They can be viewed on this website. The bad news is, Carley requested a delay on her assessment for Phase II. Hopefully, if all goes well, the next assessment will be performed next week. Carley has found some difficulties in keeping with her program, especially since hearing Jon had to drop out. We have talked with her and she really wants to continue on. For motivation, we will be attending a Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Competition on May 8th, in Peoria, Illinois. We hope this will give Carley some inspiration and motivation. If you any comments or words of motivation to share with Carley, they would be much appreciated. Looking forward to getting back on track.
Project Perfection 2010 Week 14
Jon’s Progress with photos
Jon will no longer be participating in project perfection secondary to some unrelated health issues. We were honored to have the opportunity to work with him. His progress over the first 6 weeks was incredible as seen by the photographs below. Jon lost close to 9 percent bodyfat and approximately 17 pound. These results were achieved through 6 weeks of adherence to the diet and exercise program. Jon did not cheat even 1 day. Jon achieved these results all naturally, without any performance enhancing supplements.
